THE SELECTION OF
My Services

Culinary Behavioral Therapy
Meditation doesn’t always have to be done in silence on a yoga mat. Our grandmothers cooked to clear their minds and channel unexpressed emotions. They baked love into bread and healed themselves and their families with hearty soups. Baking to Heal will teach you how to connect with your inner world and channel positive energy into the foods you prepare, in turn creating positive healing energy for yourself. This one-hour course will teach you how to recapture the magic of emotional alchemy in your very own kitchen. Using your five sense through bakin-n-makin mouthwatering breads, pastry, dessert.

Musical Behavioral Therapy
Music is a powerful instrument that shares words, experiences, life stories. Identify and understand your triggers with this music therapy course. Especially for those with anxiety or behavioral issues, this therapeutic class will help you learn how to calm your nerves and make good decisions even under the toughest circumstances. Finally get out of cycles that have you either repressing or over-expressing your emotions. Create a grounded space for yourself that will heal your relationship with yourself and with other people.
